I’ve posted a pretty huge attack-plan for this Saturday on the Sundoxazo Ciclismo blog that is a “sister-ship” to this one. If you ride and are up for a Mtn ride at the Ski area, HERE is the link to check it out.
James has been a really great series of lessons. I’m still not concrete on how to upload them here beyond cut/paste (and that would be huge), so if you want the lesson plans I’d be glad to email them to you as an attachment. Just comment/reply and I’ll follow-up with you directly.
